AI-assisted content policy

This policy covers submitted listing text, logos, cover images, website material supplied for AI assistance, and AI-generated listing drafts. You must not request, generate through our text assistance, upload or publish the following content on JustSimple Tools:

• Pornography / NSFW: sexually explicit content, sexual services or pornographic material.
• Violence / gore: graphic injury, torture, or content promoting violent acts.
• Hate speech: attacks, dehumanization or incitement against people based on protected characteristics.
• Child unsafe content / CSAM: any sexual abuse or exploitation of minors, including synthetic depictions, grooming or sexualization.
• Deepfakes / impersonation: deceptive impersonation of a person or organization, or manipulated depictions of real people without consent.
• Copyright / trademark infringement: content, logos or brand assets used without authorization where permission is required, or claims of a false brand affiliation.

We also prohibit fraud, terrorist recruitment, instructions facilitating serious harm, and attempts to bypass safeguards. Submitting a tool does not authorize prohibited content in its listing.

Content review

Our current moderation mechanism is editorial review before a submitted listing is published and manual investigation of content reports. Editors examine listing text, submitted images and the linked website, and may request corrections or reject a listing. AI-generated drafts follow the same review process. Publication requires an administrator's approval; paying a review fee does not bypass that decision.

We do not operate an image generation service or claim automated screening of every AI input or output. Reports about already published listings trigger manual review and, where appropriate, removal.

Violation handling

Depending on severity, we may ask for corrections, issue a warning, reject a submission or remove a published listing. Severe or repeated violations may result in rejection of further submissions. Suspected child exploitation or other serious illegal content is prioritized for removal and may be reported to the appropriate authorities when required by law. Billing questions remain subject to our Refund Policy.

Reporting and appeals

Report unsafe content, impersonation or intellectual property concerns to contact@justsimple.tools with the subject "Content report". Include the listing URL, the concern, relevant evidence and a way to contact you. For rights complaints, explain your ownership or authorization. Do not attach or redistribute suspected CSAM; provide the URL and a description instead.

The site operator reviews reports, determines the appropriate action and contacts the reporter when clarification or an outcome can be shared. We limit access to report information to what is needed to investigate or meet legal obligations. To appeal a removal or rejection, email the same address with the subject "Content appeal", the listing URL and supporting evidence. We reassess the decision and correct it when warranted.
